The Sankang ozone generator consists of the following components:

(1) Gas source inlet and distribution chamber;

(2) High pressure distribution is installed in the distribution room at the inlet of the gas source to provide electrical energy for the ozone generation unit;

(3) Generator tank, with ozone discharge body installed inside;

(4) Ozone outlet collection room;

(5) The cooling water chamber is isolated between the generator tank and sealed stainless steel pipes welded at both ends, serving as the cooling water chamber.

(6) Cooling inlet and outlet pipelines;

(7) The discharge body is installed inside a stainless steel tube;

(8) The tank serves as a grounding electrode;

Part of the energy that cannot produce ozone is converted into heat energy and released, which must be carried away by sufficient flow of cooling water through the cooling water chamber. The generator is designed to work continuously for 24 hours, and each unit is pre installed with relevant instruments and valves. The ozone generator is fully integrated and installed. The pipes, valves, instruments, and cables are installed on the generator before leaving the factory, and the entire system has been tested in the factory.

Ozone power supply device

The electricity generated by the ozone generator for producing ozone is provided by the power cabinet of the ozone system. (2) Step up transformer

Used for transmitting power and matching the output of electronic power circuits with the generator, the requirements for its parameters are different from those of ordinary transformers. Due to the fact that the load not only varies greatly in numerical values throughout the entire working process, but also changes in its characteristics with different states during ignition or normal operation, it is required that the transformer has a certain leakage inductance to balance the above changes and protect electronic components. Leakage inductance can easily cause circuit losses and generate instantaneous high voltage during commutation, so its size needs to be selected according to the load situation. At the same time, the initial stage should have an appropriate number of taps to meet the impedance matching requirements during equipment adjustment. The power supply can only output maximum power when the impedance reflected by the load through the transformer to the primary is equal to the internal resistance of the power supply.
